The location is excellent for exploring various attractions, with Insadong just a short walk away and airport transport conveniently nearby. Room conditions were decent with comfortable bedding, but stepping on protruding carpet nails was painful and poorly handled. Despite this, staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. Breakfast and other dining options were satisfactory with freshly squeezed juices available nearby.

The air conditioning was incredibly inefficient, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at 25 degrees for the entire stay. I had to open the window for some airflow, but there were no safety locks, which worried me with young children. The overall room quality was disappointing. it felt dark and cramped, and the bathroom was extremely small, making showering uncomfortable, especially for bigger individuals.

Our stay was fantastic, especially with easy access to Changdeokgung just a 10-minute stroll away for beautiful sights and Jogyesa Temple only 15 minutes away for peaceful walks, making it perfect for my weekend city explorations. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist, and the rooms were kept clean daily.

The rooftop terrace offered great views, and I enjoyed the cozy communal hot tub. Coin laundry was super convenient, and the free microwave was a nice touch. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

Cozy stay in Insadong!

Loved how close we were to Ikseondong Hanok Village! So many cute cafes nearby. The rooftop area was a nice touch with stunning views of N Tower. Rooms were clean, but the decor felt a bit dated. The breakfast was decent too. Perfect for a family of three, just a short walk to the metro.

I recently stayed at Ibis for four nights and loved the convenient location close to charming cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the rooftop view. The bed felt a bit small. A great experience!
